Project: Store Counter
This is a project that was given to me by my
employer Chris Stodder who recognized that I
have some talent in designing things such as
cabinets and shelving. The challenge was
making a system that gave more storage
space and counter surface without taking up a
lot of space in a small but busy area plus look
cool. I started the project in February 2006
and completed it in March, work was done in a
barely heated garage work shop. I froze my as
off and loved every minute of it.

Project: Merlin's Bed
After building the counters for the bike shop I still
had desire to build. Building can be addictive as
you work your experience inspires new ideas
like this bed. This brainstorm came to reality in
about eight days. I live in a small Chicago
apartment so I made the bed small using a futon
as the mattress. Click here for more details
Japanese glass chair
I'm Sorry
The designer of this is unknown to me but I just
wanted to share this photo with you.
This amazing piece is made of about 200
strips of glass cut to create a contoured seat
surface.
The legs are made of timbers tied together
with rope. It looks comfortable but I"m afraid to
site in it
